Please Note:
- If you do not make your reservation 24 hours in advance, we may not be able to process and subsequently confirm your reservation order(s) in a timely manner. 48 hours in advance is highly recommended as it is sometimes difficult to process reservations with 24 hours notice. We process reservations in the order they come in taking pick up date and time into consideration.
- If we are unable to find a taxicab company that is able or willing to pick you up from the Airport, we may have to send you a Limo. Limo services are more reliable for Airport Pickups, but they cost a little bit more.
- If your pick-up location is at an Airport, you may be required to call the taxicab driver on arrival, to establish contact. We will provide you with the necessary contact information.
Online TaxiCab Service LLC (OTS) is an electronic taxicab reservation service company designed to serve commuters within the United States of America. Our vision is to make taxicab reservation process anywhere in the United States as hassle-free as possible; and our mission is to help our worldwide clientele get a taxicab anywhere in the United States from anywhere around the world. We are virtually open 24/7/365.
The OTS Reservation System allows you to choose any taxicab company listed on our system to provide you with the required transportation service. If we determine that the taxicab company of your choice is not readily available to meet your needs, the system will be manipulated overriding your choice to engage a taxicab company that is able and willing to afford you with the required quality service at the time and place you need it. OTS works with well over 4,000 taxicab companies nationwide to cover multiple metro areas spanning through all 50 states of the country and we persistently strive to expand our service coverage area.
OTS neither offers nor provides actual transportation services. Our services are limited to taxicab reservations only. Payments made to OTS are non-refundable as our services are irreversible once they have been rendered. See "Refunds" under "Terms of Use" to learn more. Any payment made to OTS for the reservation service rendered does not include payment for the actual taxicab ride. Passengers must pay the taxicab driver for the actual transportation service rendered. Neither OTS nor any taxicab company has jurisdiction over the taxicab service rates. Rates are regulated by municipal government authorities in the United States; hence, taxicab fares are for the most part uniform in any given city, irrespective of your choice of taxicab company. However, rates could vary among taxicab companies within a few cities in the United States where the taxicab companies are allowed to stipulate rates subject to the approval of their respective municipal government authorities.
Tip: We recommend you make your taxicab reservation requests well in advance allowing us enough time to process them and also allowing the taxicab driver enough time to travel to your pick-up location. Although we encourage reservations made several days in advance, your reservations may not be confirmed until a few hours before your intended trip. Hence, it's recommended you check your email as we may be sending you vital pick up information even after you must have received your confirmation email. We reserve the right to seek authorization from the cardholder whenever the beneficiary (passenger) is different from the benefactor (Credit Card accountholder.)
