Please take a minute to read the following policy so as to understand how Online Taxicab Service uses the personal information request from you. Online Taxicab Service reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Hence, you are advised to refer back to it periodically. The use of Online Taxicab service implies you agree to these terms. Online TaxiCab Service may be interchangeably referred to as OTS.

 Background

In order for you to use the OTS Web site to request a taxicab service, we request for your personal information. We use this information to process your request(s) and to communicate with you about the status of your request(s). 

Collection and Use of Information

When you request for a taxicab service via the OTS Web site, we request for your Personal Identification and Billing Information (Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address) and billing information as documented with your credit card company. Online TaxiCab Service will have access to your personal identification information, while our merchant account service provider will have access to your billing information. OTS may store your Personal Identification in her data base for the purpose of communicating you in the future. Your billing information can only be accessed by our merchant account service provider. Each and every time you use our service, you will be required to provide your personal identification information and billing information. Your billing information is used by our merchant account service provider to process your payment to Online Taxicab Service. The information collected from our customers is used strictly for the purposes stated above. None of this information is used for general marketing purposes.

Disclosure

Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personal identification information to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared. Your flight itinerary will not be disclosed to third parties if not required by law. We work with the taxicab company chosen by you to provide the service requested by you. In the course of providing you with the requested service, the chosen taxicab company will be provided with your personally identifying information. Online Taxicab Service will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies. Your flight itinerary may be disclosed to appropriate authorities if required by law. 

Security and Access

For transmitting your personal information to us, we use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information. This encryption process ensures that the information you give us is protected against unauthorized access. We will endeavor to protect and safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. Although we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Online Taxicab Service, therefore, cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
