Step 1: Pick Up Location
Step One requires you to provide the OTS reservation system with the passenger's contact information, which consists of First Last Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address. The telephone number must be the one the passenger could be contacted because the taxicab driver will be using it to contact the passenger if necessary. The system also requires information about the pick up location. Basically, you will have to tell us where and when you want the passenger to be picked up. You will have the opportunity to choose a taxicab company to provide you with the required service if you have any preference. If you have no preference, you can indicate that by selecting "Other" on the drop down menu of alternatives. In that case, OTS will engage a taxicab company we believe is able and willing to render the required service. You will also be required to indicate how many passengers that need to be picked up. This information will enable the taxicab company determine how many taxicabs to dispatch for the pick up assignment.
Step 2: Drop Off Location
Step two simply requires you to provide the OTS reservation system with information about the drop off location (Destination). Thereafter, the system will prompt you to review the information provided by you and also review the terms and conditions under which OTS will provide you with the required service.
Step 3: Billing Information
Step three requires you to enter the billing information into the OTS reservation system. The credit/debit card being used does not necessarily have to belong to the passenger. However, it is expected and assumed that the credit card is being used with the consent and permission of the owner. The billing information plugged into the system must correspond with the information on the credit/debit card company record. After submitting your billing information, OTS will charge your credit/debit card for the service rendered. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your taxicab service reservation request. When we successfully reserve and confirm your reservation with the taxicab company of your or our choice, we will send you a confirmation email with the confirmation details, which includes the estimated price in dollars and distance in miles whenever available.
