These Terms of Use govern your use of the Online Taxicab Service website. By using, visiting, or browsing the Online Taxicab Service website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the Online Taxicab Service website. Online TaxiCab Service may be interchangeably referred to as OTS. These Terms of Use represent an ongoing contract between you as a potential or an existing customer, and Online TaxiCab Service. It applies to your use of the OTS website. These Terms of Use affect your rights. You are, therefore, advised to read them carefully.

Online Taxicab Service reserves the right, from time to time, without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use at her sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" located at the bottom of the pages of the OTS website. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the OTS website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. About Us

Online Taxicab Service otherwise known as OTS is an online taxicab reservation service business concern. We spare our customers the trouble of having to call the taxicab companies themselves. Hence, the slogan “You Request it, We Reserve It.” Online TaxiCab Service is not responsible for the actual transportation of her customers. We only make the arrangements.

How it Works

You request for a taxicab service on our website. You will be provided with the convenience of choosing a taxicab company from a list of the top taxicab companies in the Metro Area of your interest. In the event that you have no preference with regards to the taxicab companies indicated, you will have the option to choose “Other” In the event that you choose “Other” as your preferred taxicab service provider, we reserves the right to choose a taxicab company to provide you with the required service. If for any reason, the taxicab company of your choice is not able to provide you with the required service at the time of your request, we at OTS will, without having to seek your approval, choose another taxicab company we believe is in the position to best serve your interest. As soon as we receive your taxicab service reservation order, we will send you the first confirmation email in return, acknowledging your order. We will call the taxicab company of your choice to register your taxicab service request with them. As soon as we finish registering your taxicab service request with the taxicab company of your choice, we will send you the second and final confirmation email, confirming your order. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your taxicab service request has been forwarded to the taxicab company of your choice.

Personal Identification and Billing Information

In order to use our service, you will be required to provide us with your personal identification (Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address) and billing information as documented with your credit card company. Online TaxiCab Service may store your personal identification information, while our merchant account service provider may store your billing information. Each and every time you use our service, you will be required to provide your personal identification information and billing information.

Billing

You can visit our website for informative purposes free of charge. By requesting a taxicab service via our website, you are using our service and you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you for the service and any applicable tax. All service and applicable tax charges are nonrefundable, except when and only when OTS fails to register your taxicab service request with the taxicab company of your choice. We may change the service charge in effect from time to time without having to inform you. However, any change in our service charge will be printed in red on our Home page.

Payment to the Taxicab Driver

Any payment made to OTS on our website is for the taxicab reservation service rendered to you by OTS only. It does not include payment for the transportation service rendered to you by the taxicab company. You, as a passenger must pay the taxicab driver, at the end or beginning of the taxicab ride, for the service rendered.

Refunds

Any payment made to OTS is non-refundable. In the event that we fail to process your taxicab service reservation request for any reason whatsoever, you will be issued with a coupon which allows you to use our service at a future date at no additional cost to you. On the other hand, if your taxicab service reservation request was successfully completed and confirmed by OTS, irreversible service is considered to have been rendered by OTS to you, the customer. Customers must pay OTS for any irreversible service rendered. In pursuant of this clause, neither a monetary refund will be granted to you nor will a coupon be issued to you in the event that a taxicab company of your choice or our choice commissioned to render the required taxicab service fails to show up at the appointed location and or time. However, OTS will be at liberty at all times to issue a coupon should Management consider it appropriate to do so even though irreversible service was rendered.

Refusal of Service

Online Taxicab Service reserves the right to refuse to do business with you for any or no reason.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Online Taxicab Service does not provide any form of actual transportation service. We only register your taxicab service reservation request with the taxicab company of your choice or our choice. You as a passenger will be required to pay the taxicab driver for the transportation service rendered to you. Your credit card will not be charged until your taxicab service request has been registered with the taxicab company of your choice or our choice. If for any reason your credit card was charged without registering your taxicab service request with the taxicab company of your choice or our choice, you will be issued with a coupon which allows you to use our service at a future date at no cost. We assume no liability or responsibility for the failure of the taxicab company of your choice or our choice to provide the requested taxicab service. We assume no liability or responsibility for the inability of the taxicab company of your choice or our choice to meet with your expected quality of service. OTS will only be responsible if we fail to register your reservation request with the taxicab company of your choice or our choice. In no event shall Online Taxicab Service or her employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any loss of property, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting in the process of you being transported by the taxicab company of your choice or our choice. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation on Usage

You must be 18 years of age or older to request a taxicab service via our website. While individuals under the age of 18 may browse through our website, they may request a taxicab service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian

Electronic Communications

By using our website and service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications will include confirmations to your taxicab service request and information concerning or related to our service.

 Your conduct on the Online Taxicab Service Website

By accessing the Online Taxicab Service website, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Online Taxicab Service website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Online Taxicab Service website or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Online Taxicab Service website, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Online Taxicab Service website, or use the Online Taxicab Service website for any unlawful purpose.

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
