Acceptance of Terms of Membership

These Terms of Membership govern your membership of the Online Taxicab Service Affiliate Program. By signing up to become a member of the program in the capacity of an agent, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Membership. If you do not agree to these Terms of Membership, please do not sign up. Online TaxiCab Service may be interchangeably referred to as OTS.

 

These Terms of Membership represent an ongoing contract between you, as an agent, and Online TaxiCab Service. It applies to your membership of the OTS Affiliate Program. These Terms of membership affect your rights. You are, therefore, advised to read them carefully before signing up to become a member of the OTS Affiliate Program.

 

Changes to Terms of Membership

Online Taxicab Service reserves the right, from time to time, without notice to you, to change these Terms of Membership at her sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Membership can be reviewed by clicking on "Terms of Membership" button located at the bottom of the pages of the OTS website. The most current version of the Agent Terms of Membership will supersede all previous versions. Signing up to become a member of the OTS Affiliate Program after changes are made explicitly or inexplicitly implies that you agree to be bound by such changes. If changes are made after you signed up, the new changes will still apply to your membership. Continuing to maintain your membership after changes have been made implies you accept and agree to be bound by the changes on the most current version of the Terms of Membership. The latest date of any changes to our Terms of membership will be noted at the bottom of our Terms of Membership.

 

Privacy

Any information submitted on the OTS website is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. The date of any changes to our Privacy Policy will be noted at the bottom of our Privacy Policy.

 

How OTS Affiliate Program Works

  • The very first step is for you to apply to Online TaxiCab Service to be considered as an Agent under the OTS Affiliate Program by signing up on OTS website.
  • Your application will be considered and approved or disapproved by Management.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive an email providing you an Agent Code with which you can access your account on the OTS system at will. If on the contrary, your application is denied, you will receive an email to inform you of the denial.
  • You will start off your career with Online TaxiCab Service as an OTS Agent.
  • When you recruit new Agents to join the OTS Affiliate Program, you will be upgraded to the status of an OTS Parent Agent. OTS Parent Agents earn the most money available to the members of the OTS Affiliate Program.
  • Online TaxiCab Service compensates agents in two different ways, namely Customer Referral Sale Commission (CRSC) and Agent Referral Sale Commission (ARSC).
  • OTS Agents qualify for CRSC when they successfully make a sale by getting a customer to use OTS service by making a taxicab service reservation request on OTS website. OTS Agents must provide the customer with their Agent Code. The customer, in turn must plug the Agent Code into the OTS system when making a taxicab service reservation request. This is the only way a taxicab service reservation request by a customer can be credited to an OTS Agent on the OTS Affiliate Program system. It is recommended that OTS Agents help their customers make the taxicab service reservation request so as to ensure that their Agent Codes are properly plugged into the system. Should the customers choose to make the reservation by themselves latter on, OTS Agents should provide them with their Agent Codes and inform them that the Agent Code will qualify them for discounts.
  • OTS Parent Agents are in the position to maximize the benefits of participating in the OTS Affiliate Program. In addition to earning CRSC in the capacity of OTS Agents by making sales, they can also earn ARSC whenever the Agents referred to the OTS Affiliate Program by them qualify for CRSC.
  • OTS Agents may refer as many Agents to the OTS Affiliate program as they possibly can. The more Agents OTS Parent Agents recruit into the OTS Affiliate Program, the more ARSC they could possibly earn. Whenever a customer uses an Agent Code to make a taxicab service reservation request on the OTS website, the OTS Agent associated with the Agent Code earns CRSC and the OTS Parent Agent associated with the Agent Code earns ARSC.
  • OTS Parent Agents may refer Agents in countries other than theirs. However, the country must be listed as a Participating Country.

 

Discounts

OTS customers are entitled to a special discount known as Customer Discount Rate (CDR) whenever they elect to purchase an OTS service via an OTS Agent. In order to qualify for this special discount, customers must provide the OTS system with a valid Agent Code When they make their taxicab service reservation request. CDR is subject to change at the sole discretion of OTS Management.

 

Service Charge (SC)

Service Charge is the markup price for our services/products.

 

Services/Products

OTS offers two different services/products: Airport Pickup and Any Other Pickup.

 

 Agent Compensation Plan

OTS Agents will be compensated for their efforts on commission bases. They stand to be compensated for their effort at two different levels. They may qualify for CSRC and or ARSC. OTS Agents may qualify for CRSC only whereas OTS Parent Agent may qualify for both CRSC and ARSC. OTS Agents and OTS Parent Agents will qualify for CRSC when they get their customers to Purchase OTS services/products. OTS Parent Agents qualify for ARSC whenever their referred Agents qualify for CRSC.

 

Customer Referral Sale Commission

OTS Agents are entitled to a 20% commission on the Service Charge whenever they successfully get their customers to Purchase OTS services/products. This percentage rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of OTS Management.

 

Agent Referral Sale Commission

OTS Parent Agents are entitled to a 20% commission on the Service Charge whenever the Agents they referred to the OTS Affiliate Program qualify for CRSC. This percentage rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of OTS Management.

 

Precedence

Whenever a sale is recoded on the OTS system, the system will go through the following process to determine the dollar amount that accrues to the agent(s) associated with the Agent Code provided at the virtual point of sale. Precedence is strictly as listed.

  • Calculate CDR
  • Calculate any other discount(s) offered to the customer(s) by OTS
  • Calculate CRSC or ARSC
  • Calculate ARSC or CRSC

 

Payment System

Earned commission(s) will be disbursed to the members of the OTS Affiliate Program on demand bases via PayPal or any other money remittance system approved by OTS Management such as Electronic Bank Transfer, Cashier Check, etc. The beneficiary of the remittance will bear the costs of remittance if any. It is recommended but not required that every OTS Agent should have a PayPal account in countries where it is possible to do so. PayPal operate differently in different countries. Hence, we strongly recommend that Agents check with PayPal to determine the account type that permits the most convenient access to their money in their country. PayPal account holders in certain countries may be required to maintain bank accounts in a foreign country to be able to access the money remitted to their PayPal accounts.

 

Personal Identification and Contact Information

In order to join the OTS Affiliate Program, you will be required to provide us with your personal identification and email address. Online TaxiCab Service will store this information. By signing up to join the OTS Affiliate Program, you promise to provide us with nothing but the true information to the best of your knowledge. You may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by the law of the United States for misrepresentation of information.

 

Membership Cost

Membership to OTS Affiliate Program is free of charge.

 

Electronic Communications

By signing up for the OTS Affiliate Program, you automatically consent to receiving electronic communications from us whenever such communications are necessary.

 

Your conduct on the OTS Website

By accessing the Online Taxicab Service web site, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Online Taxicab Service website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Online Taxicab Service website or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Online Taxicab Service website, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Online Taxicab Service website, or use the Online Taxicab Service website for any unlawful purpose.

 

Limitations on Membership

The following criteria must be met to join the OTS Affiliate Program.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be resident in one of the countries (Participating Countries) approved by OTS Management. If you are not resident in one of the countries (Participating Countries) approved by OTS Management, but wish to participate in the OTS Affiliate Program, you must send an email to reservations@cabcabcab.com for approval.  

Right to Suspend, Restrict, or Terminate Membership

Online TaxiCab Service reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate OTS Agent(s) membership(s) to the OTS Affiliate program, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason whatsoever. Any such action by OTS will be communicated to the parties concerned by sending an email to the email addresses on file. OTS Agent(s) may also terminate their membership at will for any reason or no reason whatsoever by sending an email to reservations@cabcabcab.com. In the event of suspension, restriction, or termination of membership(s) to the OTS Affiliate Program, the OTS Agent(s) concerned will forfeit their rights to all subsequent commissions for the period of time suspension, restriction, or termination is being enforced.

 

 

Double Membership

Double membership in any form or style is prohibited. OTS Agent(s) or OTS Parent Agent(s) may not knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly, explicitly or inexplicitly, be documented more than once as a member of the OTS Affiliate Program. Any such act will be considered fraudulent and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United States. OTS Agent(s) or OTS Parent Agent(s) involved in such act will automatically be expelled from the OTS Affiliate Program and they will become ineligible to qualify for any subsequent commission(s) associated with their Agent Code(s).
