Who is an OTS Agent?
An OTS Agent is a travel agent or a non-travel agent qualified and approved by OTS Management to participate in the OTS Affiliate Program.
Who is an OTS Parent Agent?
An OTS Agent is elevated to the status of a Parent Agent when (s)he successfully recruit one or more new Agents to sign up for the OTS Affiliate Program.
What is an Agent Code (AC)?
When you sign up to participate in the OTS Affiliate Program, you will receive an Agent Code. That is when your application is approved by OTS Management. When you recruit a new Agent to join the OTS affiliate Program, your Agent Code will be associated with the new Agent.
What is Service Charge (SC)?
Service Charge is the markup price for OTS services/products.
What is Customer Discount Rate (CDR)?
OTS customers are entitled to a special discount described as Customer Discount Rate (CDR) whenever they elect to purchase OTS service(s)/product(s) via a registered member of the OTS Affiliate Program. In order to qualify for this special discount, customers must provide the OTS Reservation System with a valid AC when they make their taxicab service reservation request. CDR is subject to change at the sole discretion of OTS Management.
What is Customer Referral Sale Commission (CRSC)?
OTS Agents earn CRSC when they successfully get their customers to purchase OTS services /products.
What is Agent Referral Sale Commission (ARSC)?
OTS Parent Agents earn ARSC whenever the agents recruited by them earn CRSC.
Does the CRSC affect the ARSC?
No. ARSC does not in anyway affect CRSC. However, the CDR does affect both ARSC and CRSC. CDR takes precedence over both the ARSC and CRSC. For example, when a customer purchases our service/product, (s)he gets a 20% discount, which amounts to $2.00. The customers pays $8.00 to OTS ($10.00 - $2.00 = $8.00). The OTS Agent earns 20% of $8.00 (CRSC), which amounts to $1.60. The OTS Parent Agent earns 10% of $8.00 (ARSC), which amounts to $0.80.
Who may participate in the OTS Affiliate Program?
In order to participate in the OTS Affiliate Program, you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Can I have customers use my AC outside my country?
Absolutely yes. OTS Agents and OTS Parent Agents alike may have customers use their AC anywhere in the world.
Can I recruit new agents outside my country of residence?
Absolutely yes. OTS Agents and OTS Parent Agents alike may recruit new agents in any country featured on our list of Participating Countries.
Who is associated with an AC?
When customers use an AC to make a taxicab service reservation request on OTS website, they receive customer discount and the OTS Agent and or the OTS Parent Agent associated with the AC automatically qualify for a CRSC and or ARSC.
How/When do I make a sale?
A sale is made when a customer makes a taxicab service reservation request on OTS website. You as an OTS Agent or OTS Parent Agent make a sale when the customers plug your AC into the OTS Reservation System when they make their taxicab service reservation request.
What is Double Membership?
OTS Agents will be considered to have Double Membership when they fraudulently sign themselves up multiple times on the OTS Affiliate Program falsely presenting themselves to be different Agents. However, a travel agency may have multiple Agents signed up without being guilty of Double Membership. Double Membership will be considered fraudulent and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United States. OTS Agent(s) or OTS Parent Agent(s) involved in such act will automatically be expelled from the OTS Affiliate Program and they will become ineligible to qualify for any subsequent commissions associated with their AC.
What is a Metro Area?
A metro Area is basically a zone comprised of a city or cities; a county or counties; a borough or boroughs, a parish or parishes.
Can I make a Taxicab Reservation Request Outside the United States?
Yes, we accept and process taxicab reservation requests from anywhere in the world. However, the actual transportation service is available in the United States only.
